    Max in Technical Support was amazing. Rolec are very lucky to have him. Very informative and supportive. Rolec just needs more Max's as it did take me 40 mins to get through to Technical!

    We have taken a new site with Rolec EV chargers installed and no information. I called and spoke to Sharna and she couldnt be more helpful. Talking me through my queries and helping me get them up and running. Been using them since. Great service

    Very poor customer service. You can speak to different ppl about your job every day of the week, not one of them can give u a definite answer. Time deadlines come and go with no real explanation or apology. They don't have a price list for the things I buy, or a code, so every time it's a new quote, and this generally takes about three days. I've moved all my trade over to CPES and it's like moving from the dark ages to the WiFi era, I honestly don't waste my time with these, not even on the most basic of items. They'll often tell you "it's with the factory, I don't know how long it could take" - the factory is literally 10metres away lol, just another fob off.

    As an installer we have installed Rolec car chargers for years with little issues UNTILL recently !! A customer has reported an issue and Rolec dont appear to want to deal with it I have sent several emails and made countless calls to no avail Hope fully Rolec will see this review and respond to me Very poor customer service
