        How would you describe and rate your service yourselves? As a loyal customer paying for a service to get a fair value for insurance my mother had relied upon Alan Boswell. Looking into it and with one phone call (to a company you use) I got a lower quote by 600 for a comparative and slightly better cover. When informed, a very helpful employee of yours then found me the same cover for 1000 less (from roughly 2,400 to 1,400). I hate to think how much over the odds we have paid in the past. The 'uncompetitive' offer was blamed on your old computer software. Even now I'm led to believe your new system is not operative for most customers. Please let me know if anything I stated was incorrect and I'll willingly apologise. Decent final offer- hence 2 stars.
