Stayed here with my husband and dog overnight - the owner Paddy was welcoming and as my husband is a keen rugby fan Paddy connected us up in the rear room to watch it. The room we stayed in was dated but clean and the bed was comfortable - dogs are also allowed in the room. The shower had good pressure. The location is good and walking distance to various restaurants and the local park for dog walks. We stayed for breakfast (this is an additional cost but well worth it) and it was huge!! There is a variety of cereals and yoghurts as well as a generous jug of orange juice. The full English was delicious, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 eggs, fried bread, mushrooms, beans and a hash brown. There is also toast with jams available. It was one of the nicest breakfasts Ive eaten. Well done Paddy! I would recommend staying here and look forward to a return visit!
