      • nurse watch-fun

        after the shop had "buy 2 for 5.00" i purchased 4 items. went to pay and was charged full price. a member of staff then went to check and when she came back she screamed to me across the shop floor whilst wiggling her forefinger at me and screeching "come here love you've got it wrong" - i told her to stop calling me love and stop being so patronising but she got even louder and screamed even more. even as i was walking out she was still shouting and calling me love. i reported her to superdrug complaints. she is the fat caucasion woman with brown hair in a ponytail. maybe she needs a customer service review or, better still, the sack. i'm sure there are more friendly people wanting a job that would actually come up to the customer to speak quietly AND not raise their voice, especially when the customer is just standing by the pay til. over priced so i left the goods and went next door to savers where they were actually 66p per item cheaper so i ended up with the 4 i wanted at less than the misleading price tag advertised wrongly at the boston store. where on earth has customer service gone? did it go with covid which seems to be the excuse of choice?
