Bought blisswood dressing table. The box it came in had very bad smell like it was left in rain. The dressing table itself had paint problems and chipped from few places. When i called them, they said they will give me 50% back and its been nearly a month I havent recieved it and now they denying that I even called them.

Ordered 4chairs... No nuts and bolts or instructions at all... No response so far from email and phone cuts off after 10 rings

AVOID: Awful experience. Ordered a sofa, said next day deliver. 11 days later, nothing. Had to constantly chase them up and still made little progress. Called them multiple times, kept saying delivered by next Friday, then the next Friday, both came and went. Said would call me back many times, only ever did once. Sometimes didnt answer, even hung up on me once and said it was my connection issue (it wasnt). To be fair to them they did issue the refund eventually without too much hassle. Would never admit to their mistakes, always someone elses fault. Useless company, poor customer service skills. My advice, go somewhere else.

Good Products at competitive prices with really excellent service. The whole process from ordering, acknowledgement, delivery notification through to follow up after deliver was extremely efficient and courteously followed through .
