The doctors are great for the receptionist have no care in the world at least the ones I've spoken to, I hate the process of calling up the doctors as every time I do I am simply turned away The receptionist is meant to ask what your problem is to see if there's any sense of urgency but no questions whatsoever Again it's not the doctors it's the receptionist that let your practice down.
