Just like others reviewers posting before me, the receptionist Sue is extremely rude and not a pleasant person to deal with. She was trying to cause an argument with me because I wanted to cancel a check-up appointment as I no longer could attend. She wouldn't let me talk, put my dental records "on stop" and eventually hung up on me. I phoned back immediately to ask for their complaints procedure. She answered the phone after letting it ring for 30 seconds before talking to me again in an unprofessional manner. You could tell in her voice that she was loving the responsibility handed down to her from the dentist to put patients on stop. I will be seeking a private dentist in the area for better customer service and shorter wait times.

The receptionist is rude, she has no manners and doesn't know the meaning of privacy. I don't even know about the dentist cause I wasn't able to see him/her . Bad customer service.

I cant fault this dental surgery. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, helping me with the paperwork as I am visually impaired. The dentist was very efficient with a great manner.

Have always found the staff to be polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dentist always made me feel relaxed and give me good advice
