Had an appointment with Gemma the hygienist who is so lovely, she explains everything, tells you what is going to happen and puts you at ease.

Appointment waiting times: 6 months!.. Laughable. Receptionist are unprofessional, discussing private patient's life (unrelated to treatment) loudly, in front of other patients.

She was really rude! I came with a huge problem, was expecting understanding. But dentist was really rude! Will not recommend for people who are afraid of dentists!

Me and my two daughters had an appointment on the same day I got a message for what time. I walked in and the receptionist was so rude and telling me I was late for my appointment so I would not be seen that day I said that's not what the message I got she said no that message was your daughter's appointment not for you. I said that's ok as I'm with my two daughters get seen. The dentist lady saw me as well I need to go back and have some treatment done but I have not gone back because I can't afford a 63 all in one go. And I got told after I saw the dentist that I had to come back tomorrow and pay 23 something because she already cashed up because I used to get it free but I don't now so it's still on my record that I don't pay so she cashed up and I won't be going back because I thought she was so rude and I found it so upsetting and they should ask before you go in and I think they should do a payment plan for people who are on low income and don't get help with
