Adam sorted out my punctured tyre today, there and then while I waited, and was quick, pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend him highly enough. I always find the staff here really professional and easy to talk to. It's the booking process that lets the side down; I spent longer trying to find out if I could just take my bike in or had to make an appointment - via phone, online chat and website - than I did getting the job done. We need to be able to call the local store; isn't that the point of them being local?

It's the booking process that lets the side down; I spent longer trying to find out if I could just take my bike in or had to make an appointment - via phone, online chat and website - than I did getting the job done. We need to be able to call the local store; isn't that the point of them being local?
