Melanie Lagan Reflexology

I have been going for reflexology with Mel for over a year & cant recommend her highly enough. The treatment is extremely relaxing & Mel finds the perfect balance between a professional, yet friendly, approach. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I first came to see Melanie after struggling with anxiety and sleeplessness following a string of traumatic events, initially for reflexology, and then for HeartMath. Melanie is extremely professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of health and well-being, and uses this wealth of expertise to expertly guide, and make recommendations. I have been massively impressed, not just with her professionalism and knowledge, but also her compassion and positivity. I would highly recommend both reflexology and HeartMath with Melanie.

Ive had multiple reflexology sessions over a number of years with Melanie Lagan Reflexology and I highly recommend the service. The treatment is delivered in a highly professional setting. Mel develops a personal treatment plan for a physical problem, like an injury, or simply to relax after a stressful period at work.

Would highly recommend Mel, she is very professional yet friendly and puts you at ease straight away. I always feel very relaxed and Mel will offer tips to help between sessions.

I was gifted a gift voucher for reflexology and I have to say I really enjoyed it. I am seeing Mel every two weeks and I have seen a difference already, I feel a lot calmer and I am sleeping better.I highly recommend Mel and her reflexology sessions.
