We have worked with DCS for close to twenty years. They are our single provider for hardware and we also use their software development skills in the development of our custom CRM. All the staff are very competent and professional in their individual area of expertise, from the engineers to the MD. DCS often go above and beyond in order to ensure we are a happy customer! We have dealt with DCS since 2004 and they have installed and serviced our network, with training and backup on successive Opera packages.. They have advised on hardware and commercial software over the years and their advise has always been credible. During May this year we transferred our IT to DCS's Cloud service including an upgrade to Opera 3 (a necessity for making tax digital).. This move has transformed our business in IT and given us the flexibility we need to move forward with confidence that DCS are looking after this side of our business. Transfer was handled with professionalism and particular thanks to Dan Robinson, Kris (Opera) and the support team.. Great job..

Over the last couple of years, DCS have helped push our IT systems into the present after struggling with outdated models previously. Their initial reviews of our old system provided insight into how we could improved, and what turned out to be reasonable costs. Their team have always dealt with any issues professionally & quickly. Happy to recommend.
