I dropped my pc off with Michael to have a problem fixed and he swapped my intel core i9 out for a intel core i5 without my permission and he didn't tell me! I managed to get my intel core i9 back after 20 minutes of him claiming he never swapped a part The problem had nothing to do with the intel core i9 I sent it to another shop and they fixed it without swapping a part

Michael the owner is most obliging and can sort out 99% of your technical issues. His shop on the High Street is an asset to Boston Spa and he has helped me on many occasions.
