We were introduced to Neil through Grantley Hall and their jewellery experience. Fantastic experience throughout, from the initial consultation, design and production, through to the final presentation of the engagement ring. Neil offered his advice and expertise when needed and worked to an agreed budget. Outstanding service from start to finish, by Neil himself. Bespoke service exactly to the specification I requested; a service that you cannot find on the high street. The ring itself is beautiful and exceeded my expectations and my now fiance is over the moon with the ring.
