From quote to completion and following up on a few snagging issues, I found Ross and team easy to work with. We had a few supplier issues during the build (beyond everyone's control) but Ross was able to offer alternative options that kept costs low and allowed us to keep the project moving. Good communication throughout and a smart finish. It was a great investment fornour family. I would recommend Aztech to anyone looking to make better use of their loft space.

Absolutely delighted with the result of the loft conversion & 1st floor bedroom-to-ensuite conversion which was done by Aztech. Ross and his team were a pleasure to have working in our home. They all have a (rare!) can-do attitude and put our needs/wants foremost. They were tidy, polite, quite and hardworking. They accomodated and recommended changes along the way which improved the overall build and took on the extra work we offered. Given the size of the project, there were only a few trivial snags which Ross and his team fixed immediately. The whole project was delivered within budget and on happy terms. We comissioned Aztech to undertake our loft conversion. They were the only company that were able to offer two bedrooms and a bathroom in our loft space. Ross and his team started work within a month of our original quote and the conversion was completed within four months. Ross suggested adding a stud wall downstairs and he was able to re-design our staircase to avoid having an expensive sprinkler system fitted. Aztech's builders were profossional from start to finish. The attension to detail and end finish was superb and we could not fault any of the work. When issues were raised Ross addressed them promptly. We asked for a separate quote for a full house bathroom refit and had this completed alongside the conversion. Ross had our loft bathroom tiling redone as he was not happy with the finish. We have not experienced any difficulties with the build since completion and could not be happier with the end product. The build was on budget and Aztech offered the best value for money. We cannot speak highly enough of the team and have a lovely home to enjoy with our children. Thanks Aztech, we whave already recommended you to others in our village. Ross and the Aztech team did a great job on our dormer loft in summer 2022. We added an additional bathroom and reconfigured the first floor to create a study. The bedroom in the dormer has bespoke storage. Our property is small, but the design has made great use of available space. The work was completed in good time with only a couple of minor delays. We have been very happy with the finish and quality of everything and most people coming into the house comment very positively (including other tradespeople). The team were very professional with clean up after every day and were tried to disturb us minimally while we worked from home. They were also happy to discuss the work and answer questions and make helpful suggestions. Ross had regular catch up calls and visited at key stages of the project to talk things through. Minimal snagging (some is to be expected) and problems corrected without fuss. Friends have also used Aztech and had good experiences and I have recommended them to colleagues looking for similar work. Service: Home extension services

Aztech loft rooms completed a full hip to gable loft conversion for me in early summer last year. Ross and his team did a magnificent job on a conversion slightly different from the usual. Mine was to create an art studio with a fully fitted utility area, rather like a kitchen: the first kitchen they had fitted into a loft. Nothing defeated or deterred the team. All the trades were proficient, polite, friendly, approachable, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work progressed like a well-oiled machine. Nothing was too much trouble and ideas and suggestions were put forward where appropriate. Now, several months after completion, the studio is much admired by all who see it and I thoroughly enjoy being in it. I have no hesitation in recommending Aztech Loft Rooms to anyone considering making use of their loft space.
