        Highly recommend! A good hour of guided strength and cardio circuits, set to music so the time flies by! Loads of equipment provided, such as ropes, resistance bands and weights. Different every week so you dont get bored. All done with humour and encouragement. Great job Principal Fitness!

        Finally found a class that I love!! Great group of people of all ages and exercise levels. You get as much out of it as you are willing to put into it and walk away feeling accomplished (and a little sore)!!!!! Exercises can be modified for individuals needs and Charlie and Craig push you beyond what you think you can do!! Give it a try - you wont regret it!!!!

        Ive been to both the indoor and outdoor classes with Charlie and his team. Both are well run, friendly and multi level. Youre encouraged to get stronger but its not competitive (other than with yourself!) I particularly like the classes in the park and its keep me focussed and fit during a challenging 2 years of pandemic! We all need community. Id recommend this one.

        This is a very friendly club. They get the balance right between pushing you but not so hard that it ceases to be enjoyable. If you want to be a body beautiful pumped up beefcake this might not be the place for you, but if you want to get fit and stay fit with fun and friendly people I would recommend Principal Fitness.
