Ellenders, what are you doing? The first 2 rules of running a restaurant are quality cooking and ingredients and well trained staff. Neither are up to standard by a long chalk. Waitresses not trained how to wait at table, not knowing what deserts are on offer, not serving meals complete, having to keep running back to fetch items they forgot, having to check what's available because they haven't checked with the kitchen when coming on duty are just some of the letdowns let alone poor cooking which is more at home in a motorway stop than a football clubs restaurant. Lots to do to improve before we would even consider returning.
