I contacted the clinic because I had a very painful shoulder injury. They arranged an appointment for me very promptly with Tim. He was kind & patient and a good listener. He also gave me some very helpful advice, for which I am most grateful. Everyone I met at the clinic was friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone with painful injuries. Following Tims advice I saw a consultant who said he thought Id torn my rotator cuff & this was confirmed with an X-ray & ultrasound scan. Im really grateful for Tims advice as if I had not listened to it I couldve made the injury much worse. Thank you!

I went to the clinic with an extraordinarily painful shoulder. I was completely unable to perform basic task without pain. I saw Tolis for one session and was astonished by the improvement after 45 minutes. He correctly diagnosed what was wrong and gave me treatment and exercises to take the pain away and strengthen and repair my shoulder injury. I cannot recommend the clinic, and specifically Tolis, highly enough.

Following problems with persistent back pain, I booked sports massage with Molly. She concentrated on the hamstrings and my legs and gave me a few stretches to incorporate in my daily routine. Im not able to do quite what I could before the back issue YET, but the pain has more or less gone which is a huge relief! Molly is very professional and approachable and she immediately put me at my ease before the massage explaining in advance the techniques she was going to use. I have no hesitation in recommending her and the Chichester Physio /Lindy Griffiths practice. Thank you! Sarah Burden Chichester

All the team were very welcoming and friendly - Tim located the source & reasoning for my pain very quickly, and was able to relieve most of it within the first session! He also provided exercises for me to try at home to further my treatment. Would definitely go back if the problem (or any other problems!) were to persist :)

Excellent treatment for sciatica-like pain from Mr Apostolos Sassanis. As a result of four sessions and a programme of exercises the condition is much improved.
