We have been looking to hire a campervan for a while for a small holiday and we were getting a bit bamboozled by all the websites and whether they are trustworthy and also by all the different types. I decided to phone Meridian direct as they are local. Wow, they were so friendly and helpful. I was able to go to their site and they had their campervans available to look at and decide what is right for our needs. They were really helpful in trying to be flexible around the dates we needed the hire for and I can't praise them enough really. They stressed they are a small family business and I could really tell that customer service and satisfaction is a real priority for them. Hopefully everything all goes swimmingly and so far will definitely use them again.
