Rooms: The high standard and cleanliness of the room; plenty of sockets for charging and a USB port Nearby activities: Walking; Bosham is on the recently rediscovered Old Way pilgrimage route from Southampton to Canterbury Cultural activities and sites at Fishbourne and Chichester. Safety: Lockable door. Host very close by. Walkability: It's on the edge of Bosham , but fine for someone walking as I was; about 25 minutes from the centre Food & drinks: Complimentary continental breakfast with the room but you can buy a full English breakfast which was excellent. You can also now order wine.

Rooms: Our room was so comfortable, quiet, top quality in every way. Everything well maintained. Jane was so welcoming & friendly, nothing too much trouble. Nearby activities: Bus outside the house, making it very easy to get around to many nice locations, if you wanted a break from driving.

One word, superb!! Spent 3 lovely nights at the Bosham Boathouse, room was great...very comfortable bed, clean and well presented with an equally fab shower etc. Had the complimentary continental breakfast which was delicious...fresh and beautifully prepared, I loved the homemade marmalade! When staying in the area again this will be the only place to consider staying. Thank you Jane, a friendly and very welcoming owner.
