        Fantastic milk and great service with John meeting me at the dairy when I collected for the first time. I spent a long time finding a local dairy that provides unpasteurized Jersey cows because we want to drink milk that has all the good stuff still in it, which you can't get if the milk has been pasteurized, and from cows where the milk doesn't include A1 beta-casein protein, as it has been linked to some nasty conditions. John's jerseys milk is also fantastic for making homemade natural live yoghurt.

        Omg the milk and the cream!! Awesome will be going back soon, reminded us of when we have travelled to Pakistan and had raw buffalo milk. John is such a gentleman the wealth of knowledge on his cows is invaluable. Plus the cows are super friendly
