        Really beautiful campsite with amazing views. Owners are really nice and friendly. Only downside national trust toilets could do with being upgraded and so could the camp facility's.

        Such a fantasticly placed site for walking, hiking and mountain biking, within a working farm location. It's got public footpaths directly up to Scafell Pike, so the road towards the campsite will get busy with people parking up to do that, but the farmers manage it well so you can always get in and out (though it is narrow in places). Warm showers, and attentive staff who were quick to deal with any issues (like no loo roll). Will definitely stay here again.
