Ashness Farm

Rooms: Rooms are perfect, modern and homely very stylish. Nearby activities: Whernside around 1 mile away from bed and breakfast. Station inn pre booked by hosts for us before we came. Food & drinks: Breakfast was bang on sausage was gluten free and very tasty. The view from the table is beautiful. We saw a baby deer running in the fields while we ate, along with many birds from the window.

Excellent breakfast lovely view and fine old farmhouse in perfect location However I was not aware there was no tv for guests in whole house (my over sight) ) As Queen Elizabeth hadjust died we very much wanted to see tv . Owner said You can watch it on your tablet ! When I told her we didnt travel with one she just shrugged !!! For 3nights our only info was on car radio and an IPhone . Yet on last morning at breakfast she mentioned she had been watching the line on TV ! I think that at a once in a lifetime event as the death of theQueen after 70yrs she could have extended an invitation to visitors to watch perhaps an hour or 2daily of the coverage .Several of the people were from overseas as we were but were also quite interested . Maybe it is time for Ann to retire .

Fr das Frhstck bitte 1 Stunde einplanen, es wird fr jeden liebevoll frisch zubereitet. Danke fr dieses tolle Erlebniss.
