Absolutely fantastic service from Leisure Spares Ltd Contacted my caravan dealer who was practically useless and came up with the excuse that swift no longer stocked the skylight and I would need to buy the whole unit. I found leisure spares on line found the appropriate part number, sent an email enquiry late evening bank holiday Monday. Lorraine responded first thing Tuesday morning. Ordered a replacement door for a Thetford Triplex Oven. Order arrived with in the stated time and extremely well packaged. Customer service is first class. I would definitely recommend if you need any replacement parts for your camper or caravan.

Great service (I dealt with Christine) and they are available on the phone so you can actually speak to a person, rather than send emails like their main competitors. Too many companies are trying to put distance between them and their customers; I generally see lower service levels from these companies which is inevitable because humans relax when they cannot be held personally responsible whilst hiding behind an email.
