Really poor cusomter service. We purchased some poles which were not as we expected. We returned them immediately and carefully. It then took weeks and lots of chasing to get a refund for the poles which ended up cost around 40 to return. We were told to read the terms and conditons - there was no sign of any apology for the delay or cost or any care whatsoever. We would never buy from here again.

Ordered a curtain pole a month ago, noted on the website delivery would take 5-12 days due to Covid. Its been 30 days. Have been trying to get a refund for nearly 2 weeks now as have a baby due imminently and need a dark room and keep being told various excuses. Have now been told its left but have had no delivery update (still says its not ready on the link theyve sent me) and every time I call they go to chase up for me and I never hear anything back. Dont bother if you want any kind of quick delivery, any communication or an easy refund when it goes wrong!

Ordered a Pole that could have been on a 2 week lead time, but asked if they could help! Pole arrived 3 days from ordering direct from the manufacturer Jones Hardwick. Great product, great packaging and the best price from this retailer.
