    we act As an agent for ups and only follow there rules it clearly states that you have to have 3 copies on there website and will not take parcels if not done , the problem becomes if a customer is abusive , rude and angry to two women in the shop backed up by customers in the shop then we will not deal with people like that and he should be ashamed at his actions

    I phoned to ask what was needed to send a UPS Parcel. I was told that I needed to bring the parcel and copies of 3 invoices for the contents. I did this. At the shop I presented the parcel and 3 copies of the invoice. I was told that one copy of the invoice should be inside the now sealed parcel. I went home, undid the parcel, printed a new label, put one copy of the invoice inside the parcel and resealed everything. I took the parcel and 2 invoices to the shop. I raised the issue of the waste of time caused by being given inadequate information - an hour and half in total - and was told in no uncertain terms that I was the one at fault. No apology was offered, only self justification which was inexcusable. This total incompetence is unbelievable. The customer is always wrong! I am never using a shop with this lamentable manner and attitude again. I only hope for them that this is a one off and that they treat other customers with more care. My star rating is one but that is not to register any satisfaction whatsoever. They then refused to take my parcel, which may have been because of my incredulity at being treated so badly. .
