Cant praise the staff enough. As a man very nervous of seeing the dentist they made the visit very friendly and welcoming.

I was really impressed with the practice. You were so kind to fit me in as an emergency and the treatment was professional, friendly and pain free. I have been able to enjoy my trip away without a very sore tooth spoiling it. Thank you a million times!

Having recently moved house and so in need of a new dentist, I was optimistic about this practice as the reviews were generally very positive. I had my first visit - an initial assessment - and was advised I needed a filling. So I booked a clean and filling appointment. I was surprised to be told that the hygienist would do the filling as I had previously not heard of anyone but a dentist doing fillings. I was told that I could have the dentist do the filling if I wanted, but that this was not their standard practice. I accepted this and went for my appointment about six weeks later. I told the hygienist that I had no pain and wasn't sure there was a problem with the tooth in question. When the hygienist couldn't see an issue either, a second opinion was sought from another practice dentist. This dentist said that I should go ahead and have the filling anyway, otherwise I could need a root filling! I asked how likely this was, as I felt this statement a bit extreme given six monthly check & cleans and the fact that I would act immediately if I detected any issue. The dentist said it was impossible for her to say and the discussion felt like an argument. I felt pressurised, and this made me feel very uncomfortable. I declined the filling and just had the clean done. Whilst the hygienist and the clean were fine, the experience with the referral dentist, along with several emails from the practice pushing cosmetic treatments, made me feel that this was not the practice for me. I (and my wife) have since changed to another dentist and would not recommend this practice.
