        Fabulous customer service : visited the shop today with a jammed Benelli Supernova. The chap in the shop fixed the problem and didnt even charge me ! I bought some cartridges but still felt Id short changed him. Would highly recommend as friendly and very professional .

        I've had two occasions to use this establishment as recommended by someone at my Gun Club in Chelmsford, the service by Dave to resolve two problems with my Uberti rifles was first class . I can highly recommend Dave as a reliable source of information and problem solver and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

        Met Dave for the first time to pick a mail order brand new air rifle from a separate supplier.The rifle was in a terrible dirty state, unacceptable and will be sent back. Nothing to do with Dave of course. Chatted to him, one customer who recently had a baby etc. Ended up purchasing a s/h rifle from him with zero pressure, only much information and help. Fair price etc. He's a real gem and a bluntly spoken gentleman, my kind of chap. Old school etc.
