Phoenix Pet Cremations

Very expensive and then they send your beloved pets remains back by DPD courier , who mislaid my pets remains in transit ! How is this caring or respecting the animal ? Not impressed and no apology from them either . Very poor . I do not recommend them.

The most amazing service, they treated my Lilly with so much dignity and the staff were all amazing with us during this hard time. They kept me updated with everything that was going on and were incredibly helpful, I highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing service..from the online chat/phone call with Beth who was kind and caring..to Harry who was amazing picking up Leo (My nearly 13 yr old Dog) to another driver who dropped off an extra cuddle stone gift who also had an amazing heart truly if anyone as I know loves their pet whatever the animal Phoenix is amazing and 100/10 .the product range they have available truly helps you get over the grief...great team and deserve great success..Leo my dog truly went off in style on his last journey with Phoenix Thank you again Phoenix team

Today we collected the ashes of our beloved Westie, Bella. We were so pleased to see how beautifully they had preserved memories for us. We will treasure them all. We have nothing but praise for the professional and sensitive service they provided. Thank you.

I lost my beloved cat Phee Phee suddenly back in January. Phoenix was quick to reply to my contact and picked up the very next day. They were very passionate, caring and sympathetic. The farewell when she was picked up was very nice, she was returned in less than a week. The pricing was really reasonable. Thank you all at Phoenix for creating a nice experience for me in a horrible time.
