That's really a shame that neither of the previous reviewers detailed why they gave positive feedback to these guys. I thought I do otherwise. Many companies are looking for reliable fulfilment companies and when you are looking for a reliable partner you can rely on only Google feedbacks. I think this is extremely important to make the first move towards a company. We are Portsmouth based trading company selling automotive parts and we were looking for a relatively small fulfilment company to overtake and handle our inventory. Why "small"? When a business grows too big then left hand usually doesn't know what the right hand is doing. At a big company things/management/employees run around like a headless chicken. Back in 2020 summer I visited a few fulfilment companies near Portsmouth and not many seemed friendly nor professional. Then I found Fullers and asked them for a meeting. I personally visited Bordon site and I found that the guys/management are really friendly and supportive. Like a small family run business. Many fulfilment companies fulfil cheap items such as chocolate, gift boxes, t-shirts etc.. For us security has been huge concern. I guess storing/fulfilling cheap orders are not the same as expensive car parts. We wanted to make sure that our inventory will be handled by the right team. Our other priority is the response time. As you will no longer handle your own inventory you can't just pop in your storage to check stock level etc... I found many fulfilment companies who didn't even bother answering emails nor phone calls. 4 months in and I can honestly say that I highly recommend the Bordon team of Fullers Fulfilment. I want to say a huge thanks to Ian, Jasmin and Mike along with the rest of the team! They are awesome! Usually I'll get email replies in 5-10 mins. Lets not forget that noone is perfect. Mistakes are made but I can see that they really do their best to resolve all issues. I can't complain. Knowing that someone is really looking after your stock will give you a peace of mind especially when you try to run your business remotely (might be even from a different continent).
