Toby and his team have just recently arranged a mortgage for myself and my wife which included an element of the Help to Buy Scheme. The service I received was simply outstanding and the whole process was made about as easy and straightforward as you could possibly ask for. The team were always on hand to answer all of the numerous questions I had for them and went out of their way in liaising with other parties involved in the purchase which was a wonderful benefit to have. Being self-employed, we expected the process of applying for a new mortgage to be fraught with difficulty. A friend recommended speaking to Toby at Kingswood law and we have to say it proved to be excellent advice. Within an hour of contacting Toby, we knew what we could borrow, and he arranged mortgage pre-approval within a few days. Toby came to see us and discussed not only our house move but current circumstances and plans for the future. We were expecting a baby and his advice was both invaluable and comforting. Unfortunately, our house purchase was long and protracted, requiring us to move to no less than 3 mortgage products. On each occasion the process was handled quickly and efficiently and both Jo and Toby were always on hand to answer any questions.
