T&K Estate Agents - Bordon

Ive always been a big believer in using small independent companies for any sort of work. I say this as such companies are prepared to work hard in order to keep (and improve) their reputation. Tash and her team at T&K (Jacob and Helen), have totally proved my beliefs to hold sway. They are a small team who work very hard to achieve the end goal and for our sale during the Covid crisis where the end goal kept moving, with their hard work and tenacity, the end goal was achieved. In addition, their in-house mortgage advisor Martin of Chapplins (who is totally independent and has access to the whole of market), secured us the best mortgage that we could have hoped for (and his years of experience and professionalism were also second to none). The solicitors and surveyor that were recommended by the team also proved to be an extremely good choice. As such, my Wife and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending T&K Estate Agents (and every service that they offer), to anyone who is considering going to market.
