Would have given them a 5 star review if I had not found the boss Mark to be extremely rude and obnoxious throughout the experience. Cannot fault the workmanship I received from Tom & Henry, really excellent plumbers. Work was also completed within the allotted time frame for my business. However Mark who I believe is the owner of the business did not give a monkey when I reported a fault after 3 months into the installation.

Great, had a problem 4 radiators not working. Stayed all day to find the problem. Found it and fixed it! Great definatley recomend.

Mark and his team are as professional as they are prompt and friendly. They fitted our new boiler, radiator thermostats and new shower mixer tap in a quicker time than anticipated allowing us access to our home again as soon as they could. They took the 'new norm' social distancing seriously wearing masks and keeping their distance. They went above and beyond whenever it was necessary, moving equipment so that we can easily see and access it. They tidied up after themselves each day. The quote was more than fair and there were no nasty additions. Friendly, trustworthy, professional and keen to make sure customers are happy - what more can we do than recommend them wholeheartedly!
