I transferred to Embassy, when my original Servicing Company had to enlist Craigs professional services to resolve a problem that my original servicing Org failed to achieve a result. This was about 2 years ago shortly afterEmbassy came to the market place. t Craig is very personable and exudes confidence and knowledge in all aspects of his work. Very helpful, reliable and pays particular attention to detail. Having unfortunately experienced the unsatisfactory services by other nationwide Servicing Companies, I tried Embassy and from my own experiences I would thoroughly recommend Embassy for pricing and service. Old boiler had started leaking. Craig came out promptly to inspect and it was clear that my very old boiler was on its last legs and the faulty heat exchanger - now an obsolete part - meant I needed a new boiler. He quickly arranged for a suitable new boiler to be supplied and fitted and this was duly done a few days later. Carl attended and carried out a very efficient / professional boiler installation.
