After enduring several months of failure by Bensons to supply and deliver a mattress I received a refund and went late on Saturday to Richard Eade - I had only discovered them earlier in the year when I bought a swivel chair , despite having lived in the area for 30 years. Great service, tried several mattresses, selected one which we later found they had in stock and it was delivered on time the following Friday as promised. Ignore the chain stores and visit David and his family first!
