Incredible biltong supplier. Very fresh produce, super tender beef. Traditional, garlic & pepper are my favourite flavours. This is a local business to me, so Im lucky enough to have their biltong as fresh as it comes. I recommend this place over purchasing the generic tough and not so good supermarket biltong.

Was delivered to a neighbour and I only found this out after calling simply African food. They rearranged a redelivery and got it sent asap. I cant fault the customer service enough ,as for my neighbours.... I hope they enjoyed the food they stole! Cheers to Jordan at SAF!

Its been 2 years since I havent received my order, with the pretext that it was customs problem. After contacting customs and signing some papers they retrieve the package and return it to England. It was a 115 order. When this happened, I contacted simply African food customer service and had no response . Furthermore, after 2 weeks of waiting for a response, I decided write an email in a funnier way, since the situation was totally surrealistic(my order was made a year ago) and to my surprise they responded but in the most aggressive way possible. I am a full time college student and havent had time to write a critic in a proper way. Simply African Food, if you cant cover the demand of international shippings do not offer that service and dont hide yourselfs on the absurd and easy argument of: "covid delays". One last thing, before this happened, I bought from you two times earlier with both orders exceeding 100. Never again.
