It's a shame we go to this stage where I have to give such a terrible review, but the way my wife has been treated by Sarah and her partner is not acceptable. I initially emailed my complaint, but they haven't even had the decency to reply. My wife is an amazing person, but when it comes to her literacy skills she is so vulnerable and after 5 months back and forth she still hasn't been given her reading age, the dyscalculia part wasn't completed and her lessons were cancelled with just a short email apology.

Very highly recommended! The educational assessment and report was incredibly thorough and we now understand why my son was having the difficulties hes was in certain areas and more importantly we now know exactly how to help! It has also highlighted his areas of strength which is also important. My son enjoyed the 2 hours with Sarah-Louise and he said the time went really quickly.

Sarah was very quick with responding and her waiting list was nice short. We met during covid but she had everything in place to keep herself and my daughter safe. She made my 10year old feel at ease before taking her of for her assessment. My daughter was happy after her assesment. The written report was sent out quickly and it was very detailed. Thank you!

Sarah-Louise assessed my daughter for dyslexia and dyscalculia, the report was very in depth and it shows that my daughter has both. Highly recommend Dyslexia Support Consultancy (Sarah) to anybody who is thinking whether their child has got this. It now takes us down the EHCP route to help my daughter who will be going into year 5 in September. Thank you Sarah for you support its much appreciated.
