        Re-arranged to have delivery to local post office (Bordon) so I could collect as was out Sat morning. Had email confirming. Whilst I was waiting notification parcel was ready to collect from Bordon post office, Delivery was attempted to my house again, Why?. Not being in I missed this. Ridiculous opening hours, no human to talk to on the phone. Needed the parcel for the weekend. Now need someone else to collect in the ridiculous 2 hour morning slot in the week. Appreciate driver coming to house again but Please just stick to whats been arranged next time, I selected collection for a reason.

        Even when you manage to get out of work for an hour to collect a parcel from the Post Office from the tiny window of time that they are open, they are frequently closed for strike action! Pathetic
