Ashley made a cake for my Mother's 80th birthday. Firstly, it was really beautiful. I have found that really beautiful cakes look great but are often lacking when you put a piece in your mouth. Not this one! It was absolutely delicious!!! My brother's comment was that it is the best cake he has ever tasted, and for me this cake ranks right at the top too. A gorgeous classic moist Victoria Sponge complemented perfectly by a white chocolate ganache. The whole process of ordering was very smooth, Ashley came up with some great ideas based on a couple of phone calls, sent through some designs and then came up with a fantastic end result. Really impressed!
