        Was due to do an inspection waited in all day didn't come then had a card through my door saying they called but did not ring door bell,knock on the door or use the door knocker when I rang up was told he did call he did knock but I have a dog who would have barked ,got told to ring them at the end of the month rang my housing association they are now sorting it.

        Was scheduled to do an inspection at my partners rented property she works nights they didnt show up they left a card saying they had been at the time they said they arrived my partner was just leaving the flat to go to the shop next door so they lied about that then left a threatening card with numbers to rearrange and if she didnt do that there would be a tenancy breach action taken. 21 call attempts later still no answer all while she has had no sleep and due back on shift tonight completwly unprofessional if i could give 0 stars i would.
