        Two days not ringing me on phone call appointment so its two stars

        Between being misdiagnosed continually over a 3 year period being told its tiredness, Bells palsy when in fact it was Brain cancer, to continually getting prescriptions not issued because he forgot. The Doctor Chennupati is inept and should quite frankly be struck off. He also misdiagnosed my wife over and over, but this text box wont let me key everything in. How CQC havent investigated this Doctor is beyond me. The one saving grace is the receptionists and the nurses, cant fault them

        Trying to call all day to get an appointment for my unwell 2 year old.. No one bloody answered all day. Honestly if this is the best the NHS can do I want private healthcare. This is unacceptable for what we pay a month!!

        A real sense of care and sensitivity with complex needs. The practice manager is a jewel. The staff very kind and attentive! SO glad I registered my family with this GP. I have peace now.
