Happy Flame Fires & Stoves

We had Happy Flame Fires to install a log burning stove to our home, & wow what a difference it made. The whole process from start to finish only took 2 days. Our house was originally 1 property, which meant there was more to look into with regards regulations, but Mark looked into the whole process & only when he was sure all adhered to safety regulations did work commence. The price was very good compared to other quotes & the Happy Flames team went above & beyond expectations, we couldnt be happier with this purchase, I would strongly advise anyone looking into a log burning stove to give Happy Flame Fires ago

We are delighted with the work that Mark and James have done. Our new multi fuel stove look good and is lovely and warm. Their work was professional, and they made sure everything was done to Hetas standards. The guys even advised us on the best logs to use, how to set the fire and which fans were the best. All the work was completed in two days. We are more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

James came to our house to assess the condition of our log burner and chimney. Cleaned and camera inspected the flu. He was on time and wouldnt have even known he was there afterwards due to his cleaning methods and procedures. Highly recommend Happy flames thanks.

We had a log burner installed recently and cannot fault anything . Mark and his team are professional and extremely knowledgeable, they were very clean and efficient while knocking out the chamber which was not the standard it was completely full of solid bricks which were difficult to remove.They cleaned up after each working day. We cannot praise these guys enough, we are so pleased with every aspect of the installation and the finished product is amazing .

Mark & James did a fantastic job replacing a redundant gas fire with a wood burning stove. They were very helpful throughout the process, from advising on our best options on initial survey through to after-care and advice on follow on products. Both Mark and James were professional, genuine and I can't recommend them enough.
