A huge thank you to Clair and the team who have been nothing but amazing the whole way through the process of buying my house! Whilst the journey hasn't been smooth (no fault of the agents) Clair was so supportive and did do everything she could, dealing with all parties and regularly following up with solicitors on both sides to maintain momentum. We have just completed on the sale of our house with Sell Well as our estate agent. Lots of interest was generated which resulted in three offers received from qualified purchasers. The sale was completed 8 weeks from acceptance of the agreed offer. I have several other investment properties to sell in the Walkden area in the coming months.
