AVOID AVOID AVOID The amount of issues we had after moving in and the effort on my part to try and get tem resoved was stressful to say the least. The reason they get 5* building rating is they send out the survey when you literally just move in and you still in the honeymoon period of moving into your new home. 2 months down the line the issues start mostly with the gardens. I was sold a plot next to a 'pond' but have you ever seen a pond with no water in it? It stays dry as a bone unless we have a storm and about 8 hours of rain Go with someone else for your new homes

Avoid at any cost. 8 months after completion and we still have so many issues that are not rectified. It is expected to have some issues as it is a new build house, but what is not okay, having major issues and trying to avoid rectifying them as much as possible in a very rude and dismissive way. The people on site and the customer care service after completion is unbelievable and not the 5 star standard they claim on this development. If you are buying a house on the phase 2 site, I strongly recommend the new build inspection before or straight after completion. This will be very helpful later. Unfortunately didn't have any properties for us as they had just finished Phase 2 and they'd all gone - gutted! However, probably the best customer service we have had yet. The saleswoman spoke us through the process anyway and gave us advice, including info on other plots and adding us to the mail list of all other plots. Very helpful for first time buyers
