I have had several Reflexology sessions with Ali. Due to chronic health issues I can no longer have massage and therefore reflexology was recommended. Ali takes a medical history and each time updates this as required. The environment is relaxing. Ali is warm and welcoming and has a lovely manner about her. The reflexology is amazing. My treatments have helped with relaxation as well as pain relief. Would highly recommend.

I have had reiki before but nothing has ever been as effective as with Ali. Ali is so kind and caring, always puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Non-judgmental, such a safe environment. I have had two reiki sessions so far and my anxiety has halved. I definitely feel much more balanced than ever before. Thank you so much!

Had an amazing top to toe treatment this week by Ali. Indian head, Reiki and reflexology. Was such a gorgeous 90 minutes! Ali makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I slept very well that night, thank you so much and I will definitely see you again soon

I've been to Ali twice for reflexology and the whole experience was so relaxing and beneficial. Ali asked about any conditions I might have and talked to me about holistic methods of addressing them - advice which I followed. The overall experience is something I intend to repeat regularly as an aid to my wellbeing Lorraine Cooper
