Asked for a treatment on my hair, said no problem and then said it would be dine after cut but then ran out of time.. not really good. They are polite enough but for restyle i think it was one of the worst cuts I've had. I had to book at another Salon to get them to correct it. When i told her how long id been in there, the hairdresser was shocked as from going to long hair to a pixie cut should have taken well over an hour and agreed it was not a good shaped cut. Im sorry to leave the review but the fact you told me you could do the treatment then and apparently ran out time was absolute bull. My hair was in the sink and you could have done it. That on top of the lousy ugly cut was just the end for me.
