        Really disappointed and poor customer service. I fully believe in supporting shopping local, however today whilst collecting my Christmas order, I was told they wouldnt be giving it to me as I didnt have my order number with me. Apparently my name, phone number and address I left on ordering dont suffice. On top of that when I ordered they tried to charge me a deposit greater than the actual value of the order. Im now without Christmas meat. Bring back Keith who was always lovely & helpful. The new owners customer service is appalling. Wont be resting ever again after using every year since we moved here
