We recently worked with Swan Lofts & Extensions Surrey to create a new kitchen extension, upstairs bathroom and garden renovation. Swan where professional and organised from the start. They really listened to what we wanted to achieve with our build and produced a detailed plan and timeline of how we would get there. The attention to detail and care that was taken with our home really took the sting and stress out of having extensive building work done. On top of that everyone we worked with from Swan was friendly, communicative and easy to work with, just what you need from your building team. Karl and his excellent team did an amazing job for us in Ashtead. They extended and fully renovated our house with a new roof, new windows, plus a new kitchen and lounge in a new 100m2 extension - taking our tired 1960s bungalow into the 21st century. Renovar were the most professional team to quote, and were brilliant from start to finish. They have quickly fixed any small issues since they finished, with zero fuss. Karl takes immense pride in the work they do and has built a trustworthy and experienced team around him. We will definitely use them again in the future. We have also seen them do great work for our friends & neighbours since completing our project. I have no problem at all in fully recommending Renovar to anyone looking to do an extension to their home in the Surrey area.

Renovar projects recently completed a single storey extension at the rear of our property which has transformed the house. The price was competitive and the team were great throughout the whole build process. While we had a design, it was Karl's experience and suggestions along the way that really brought it all together. Would definitely recommend.

Renovar did my loft extension and based off of that work I asked them to come back to do my kitchen extension. They were very competitively priced and I have recommended them to friends and work mates. Karl is very experienced, knowledgable and fair and is typically very responsive on any snagging issues that inevitably crop up with building work. Hence my 5 star rating.
