I was met with the most rude and unhelpful representative. When I asked for assistance he said he had no time and as I had not bought the machine there ,he had no time for me and his time was expensive.
Throughout the conversation he was extremely rude and abrupt.
If you need advice or assistance, I suggest you try anywhere else rather then the service centre at dobbes.
