excellent dry cleaning service. The staff are extremely hardworking and polite i have never had a reason to complain about the standards of my clothes as they have always been cleaned to perfection. i would recommend this dry cleaners to everyone looking to dry clean their clothes

I firstly want to start of by saying how truly disgusted I am with the service of bookham dry cleaners; I can't even put into words how utterly saddened I am. I'm not one to complain but I recommend no one to use this service ever!!! Unless they want to pay to get their clothes completely ruined. I came across this dry cleaners as I had moved into bookham and the man in their seemed friendly. I explained to the man there was only a small mark on the top front understood by the owner he took in my 200 graduation dress from Karen Millen, in which I paid 15 for it to be dry cleaned. Then 4 days later collected it from the same man and he informed me "it looks as good as new and no marks". To my naivety I only checked the dress today, a couple days before my graduation. Removing the packaging the owner had placed my dress in when I originally went to collect it. Which to my shock on the dress revealed "Dark Brown Streaky Marks" on the back of the dress, which is now completely ruined and the front looking exactly the same as when I had bought it in to be dry cleaned. What was shocking to me was the lack of honesty and integrity. I would not have minded if only he had told me the truth explaining he had ruined my dress, it would've given me enough time to either find another dress or get it fixed by someone else in time for my graduation. I am currently distraught and extremely upset I won't be able to wear the dress I originally bought for my graduation. What's quite funny is it won't slow me to post without a star.
