        Havent used Clocktower cars in ages as always had problems with them either not turning up or being really late. Same issue again today - tracker showed them turning up 30 mins late. When I phoned up, the operator told me it was a festival and then put the phone down on me! The second operator was, to his credit, very apologetic. Do NOT book this company if you have a train/flight to catch or if you need to be at an appointment on time. Terrible as always.

        They claim to be based in Bookham but when I asked for a quote for a journey from Cobham to Bookham, the lady told me (twice) they are based in Epsom, and they could not/would not help. I rang back to clarify and spoke to a man, and when I told him what had happened before, he seemed to be worried about me reporting his company to the council - and promptly offered to cover the journey. I told him I would rather use a different firm in the circumstances and he then cut me off. Nice.
